No refunds are issued for yearly Membership Fees.

If SLR cancels a program, a full refund is issued.

Before the second week of a course, you can apply for a full refund of fees less a nominal administration fee (currently $5.00).

Members who withdraw after the second week of a course normally will not receive a refund.  [Exceptions will be considered for medical or compassionate reasons.]
