For many of us, our minds jump to wine or beer.
However, sauerkraut, kimchi, sourdough cheese,
chocolate and many other common foods include
the process of fementation. Fermentation is also
an essential step in our experience of antibiotics,
vitamins, biofuels, medicines and compost. This
study group will be frothing at the mouth! Explore
and share with us the many benefits and occasional
downsides of fermentation.
