INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS MEDITATION
Mindfulness is the practice of fully experiencing the present moment. Combined with
meditation, it can bring greater calm—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
This course introduces basic mindfulness and meditation concepts to help you live with

more curiosity, acceptance, and appreciation for life’s richness. Learn simple practices
you can integrate into daily life, one moment at a time.
