As users of healthcare, we are all interested in advances in medicine and patient care that improve quality of life and life expectancy. Massive improvements have taken place in many areas, including imaging, vaccines, transplants, joint replacement, anesthesiology, telemedicine, rehabilitation, wellness, hearing, and socialization.
