Back from the Brink

As London grows, older buildings are often demolished to make way for new development. As part of Back from the Brink, you will learn about historic places that survived the wrecking ball through adaptive reuse. We will explore how each of these historic buildings found new life and purpose. Examples around the city will include homes, places of worship, factories, storefronts, former hospitals, and more.
